FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does each service take?

Depending on the required service it can take between 20 mins and an hour. Please note that I do not rush any service as it is important you are happy with the end result.

2. Do you take cash or card or mobile phone bank transfer?

I currently accept cash and transfer. In the future I will have a mobile debit card machine.

3. Do you want me to have wet hair before a service?

This depends on the cut you require. Ideally your hair will be recently washed and free from products. Your hair should be dry for clipper work and I usually wet your hair with fresh water spray before any scissor work.

4. What do I need to supply or prepare before you come over ?

In terms of equipment, all I will need is a chair similar to a dining room chair. You can set up a mirror if you want to. The best room is one with good lighting and a sweepable, wipeable floor. I will supply a gown, although you may use your own or a suitable large towel if you prefer.

5. Can I have a haircut other than what is listed e.g. clipper cut, one length all over?

I am happy to accommodate your required haircut. The services listed are the standard ones I offer. For the price of a non-standard cut, please use the Contact Me form to send details of your requirements.

6. What are the cancellation fees?

I fully understand and appreciate that during these difficult times it may not be possible for you to keep your appointment. Therefore, please advise me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your appointment as this may allow other clients to book the slot.
